## Guidelines for Registration of Rajya Puraskar 2026
1. Name should be filled in BLOCK letters and fill Initial in last.
2. Unit must be renewed till 2025-26.
3. Applying In charge Teacher should have completed their Basic Course.
4. Unit charter number and valid warrant number of the Scoutmaster/Guide Captain should be written in the given space.
5. Scout/Guide should have completed 10 years of age at the time of joining the unit.
6. For high/higher Secondary/Matric/CBSE school RP applying Scout/Guide have been born BETWEEN 30.06.2009 To 30.11.2013
7. Not completed 17 Years of age is eligible for attending Rajya Puraskar Testing Camp. (Age calculated at the last date of Application Received)
8. From the date of joining, there should be a minimum duration of 3 months for the date of completion of Pravesh test.
9. Not more than 3 Scout/Guide should be investiture on the same date.
10. The Scout/Guide should have been investiture within a week from the date of completion of Pravesh Test.
11. A Pravesh Scout/Guide will work at least 6 months to qualify for Pratham Sopan.
12. A Pratham Sopan Scout/Guide will work at least 6 months to qualify for Dwitiya Sopan.
13. A Dwitiya Sopan Scout/Guide will work at least 6 months to qualify for Tritiya Sopan.
14. A Tritiya Sopan Scout/Guide will work at least 9 months to qualify for Rajya Puraskar Badge.
15. Unit Leader (SM or GC) should sign only for one unit.
16. Use separate consolidated form for Scouts and Guides.
17. For each unit maximum of 12 Scouts/Guides can be filled.
18. Registration forms will send in the District Official email and Official WhatsApp Groups. Download and Utilise it.
19. Registration fee of Rs.50/- should be paid for each Scout/Guide along with the form.
20. The Photocopy of Warrant & the Basic Course or Qualified Certificate of Unit Leader must be attached.
21. Information Sheet should be submitted at the time of Testing Camp.
22. Original copy of application must be filled completely and correctly without any overwriting. A copy of the same can be retained with the district for future clarifications if any. You are advised to attach the photocopy of Birth Certificate or Aadhar with the application. Applications not accompanied by a Birth Certificate or Aadhar will be rejected.
23. The passport size photo of Scout/Guide, SM/GC, in correct and complete uniform as per APRO II/APRO III.
